Urban Watch:

Agricultural Focus - Water Quality Monitoring Training:
A series of three hands-on workshops to learn how to conduct water quality monitoring. Workshops held in March and April. Click on the Agricultural Monitoring link under "Our Programs" in the upper yellow task bar for more information.

First Flush :
Event occurs during the first significant rain of the season - usually sometime in mid-October or early November. Volunteers sample storm drain runoff to assess levels of non-point source pollutants washing into the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary during that first rain.
